Oversight & Monitoring
BMC’s Oversight & Monitoring team collaborates closely with our Grants Management team to provide oversight and monitoring services for grant recipients. Once a subrecipient receives a grant, we perform essential oversight and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as the terms outlined in their agreements.

BMC monitors subrecipients to ensure adherence to grant award guidelines, the Uniform Guidance (CFR), and any other applicable regulatory requirements. We verify compliance with both financial and programmatic requirements, evaluate and follow up on corrective action plans, and develop and deliver training webinars and one-on-one sessions. Additionally, we provide technical assistance and support leadership in creating effective oversight and monitoring tools.
