We are seeking qualified, motivated, and progressive individuals to join our team as Financial Analysts to work onsite with our federal client.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide services to assist in cost and price analysis and contract administration support on all of the Agency’s contractual instruments
• Have thorough Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE)
• Draft proposal preparation instructions for inclusion of RFQs or RFPs
• Review of cost and price proposals, quotes, and bids submitted in response to announced procurement
• Recommend for improving cost analysis process
• Use expert understanding of financial matters, conducts detailed and through periodic reviews of  financial policies, systems and procedures for compliance with agency financial policies and all other federal financial laws and regulations
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership on changes where necessary
• Develop and coordinate with appropriate staff organizations and obtains approval of significant communications 
• Develops standard metrics and creates processes to measure organizational success on these metrics

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Three (3+) years of experience in financial analysis
• Demonstrated knowledge of procurement/contract agreements (IAA/MOA/MOU)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) a plus
• Excellent communication both verbal and written skills
• Attention to detail and process oriented
