BMC was founded in 1998 by Robin Booth and her husband, Phil Booth. Together, they grew the firm from a home office to a regional CPA firm with headquarters in Columbia, Maryland, and with satellite offices strategically located throughout the US. There are less than 500 African-American owned CPA firms in the country.
